What data we collect

VariantPulse accesses the following Shopify store data to provide its scheduling functionality:

• •Products and variants — to display variant selection in the scheduling interface.
• •Publications (channels and markets) — to show available publishing targets.
• •Store owner email — for account identification.

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to provide the variant scheduling service. We:

• •Store scheduled events (variant IDs, publication IDs, scheduled times) to execute publishing actions.
• •Keep an execution log for your review and undo functionality.
• •Store your timezone preference for displaying times correctly.

Data storage

All data is stored securely on Cloudflare's infrastructure using D1 (SQLite) databases. Data is encrypted in transit via TLS and at rest by Cloudflare's storage systems.

Data sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties. Your data is only used to communicate with the Shopify Admin API to execute scheduled publishing actions on your behalf.

Data retention

Scheduled event data and execution logs are retained based on your plan tier (7 to 90 days). When you uninstall the app, all associated data (sessions, scheduled events, execution logs) is deleted.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by uninstalling the app or contacting us. All data will be permanently removed upon uninstallation.
